La decisi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 oficializada en el transcurso de este mi\u00e9rcoles mediante el decreto correspondiente.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa recomendaci\u00f3n al presidente es promulgar la ley; y \u00e9l ya nos encomend\u00f3 trabajar en la reglamentaci\u00f3n para poder mitigar todos estos aumentos que se dieron desde el Congreso\u201d, anunci\u00f3 el ministro de Hacienda, Oscar Llamosas tras la reuni\u00f3n que mantuvo este mi\u00e9rcoles con el mandatario, en Palacio de Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Llamosas explic\u00f3 que existe una diferencia de unos USD 30 millones con respecto al presupuesto remitido por el Ejecutivo y que finalmente fue aprobado por el Parlamento. Precis\u00f3 que pr\u00e1cticamente entre USD 20 a 25 millones de d\u00f3lares est\u00e1n financiados con ingresos tributarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVamos a trabajar en la reglamentaci\u00f3n, dar una implementaci\u00f3n gradual de las decisiones que se tomaron en el Congreso, ya sea de creaciones de cargos como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n estos fondos que se crearon para re-categorizaciones salariales y con eso, pensamos reducir en un 50 \u00a0a 75 por ciento, o mitigar el impacto de estos montos mediante la reglamentaci\u00f3n\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El titular de Hacienda remarc\u00f3 que la idea es limitar los gastos r\u00edgidos mediante la reglamentaci\u00f3n y para el efecto, habl\u00f3 de una \u00abgradualidad\u00bb, tanto para la entrada en vigencia de los cargos creados por el Congreso, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n para lo relacionado a los aumentos salariales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHace tres a\u00f1os que venimos incorporando dentro de los decretos reglamentarios que cada aumento debe darse en el marco de procesos de concursos y aquellos que no se puedan justificar, no son autorizados por el Ministerio de Hacienda\u201d, record\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El alto funcionario estatal afirm\u00f3 que el presidente Abdo Ben\u00edtez estar\u00eda firmando en el transcurso de este mi\u00e9rcoles el decreto de presupuesto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- El Ministerio de Hacienda recomend\u00f3 al Poder Ejecutivo promulgar el Presupuesto General de la Nacional (PGN 2023).
