{"id":444391,"date":"2023-01-18T10:27:30","date_gmt":"2023-01-18T13:27:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=444391"},"modified":"2023-01-18T10:39:15","modified_gmt":"2023-01-18T13:39:15","slug":"la-senabico-presento-informe-a-nuevo-fiscal-general-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2023\/01\/18\/la-senabico-presento-informe-a-nuevo-fiscal-general-del-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"Senabico present\u00f3 informe a nuevo fiscal general buscando agilizar sistema de justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>La Secretar\u00eda Nacional de Administraci\u00f3n de Bienes Incautados y Comisados (Senabico) present\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles un informe al nuevo fiscal general del Estado, Emiliano Rol\u00f3n, a fin de impulsar proyectos conjuntos para que el sistema de justicia sea m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y efectivo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reuni\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana en Palacio de Gobierno, donde adem\u00e1s de Emiliano Rol\u00f3n estuvieron la ministra de la Senabico, Teresa Rojas, y el jefe de gabinete de la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica, Hern\u00e1n Hutteman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En conferencia de prensa, la ministra Rojas inform\u00f3 que estuvieron intercambiando ideas, opiniones y proyectos con el nuevo fiscal general, quien tomar\u00e1 posesi\u00f3n del cargo el pr\u00f3ximo 9 de marzo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manifest\u00f3 que la idea es que Emiliano Rol\u00f3n disponga de todos los insumos a la hora de asumir al frente de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese contexto, sostuvo que la Senabico y el Ministerio P\u00fablico son dos instituciones que trabajan muy \u00edntimamente, de ah\u00ed la necesidad de aunar esfuerzos para el sistema de justicia sea m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y sobre todo, efectivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apuntamos a un di\u00e1logo permanente para que todos estos proyectos se puedan concretar, expres\u00f3 Rojas al tiempo de aclarar que no se brindaron informes sobre temas espec\u00edficos, sino m\u00e1s bien algo general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Emiliano Rol\u00f3n asegur\u00f3 que a partir de marzo har\u00e1 cumplir la ley, basado en actitudes de respuesta que seg\u00fan dijo, es su estilo de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUna de las propuestas que lanc\u00e9 al postularme al caso fue ordenar la casa, eso implica tener un diagn\u00f3stico efectivo de las deficiencias del Ministerio P\u00fablico, nuestro gran problema es la deficiencia demostrada desde la creaci\u00f3n de la instituci\u00f3n, hace 22 a\u00f1os.
