{"id":449445,"date":"2023-03-08T14:02:55","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T17:02:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=449445"},"modified":"2023-08-04T07:08:09","modified_gmt":"2023-08-04T11:08:09","slug":"transferencias-por-g-138-000-millones-para-municipios-y-gobernaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2023\/03\/08\/transferencias-por-g-138-000-millones-para-municipios-y-gobernaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Transferencias por G. 138.000 millones para municipios y gobernaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong><\/em> De enero a febrero del ejercicio fiscal 2023, el Ministerio de Hacienda transfiri\u00f3 un total de G. 138.540 millones a los gobiernos municipales y departamentales.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los datos se desprenden del informe de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Departamentos y Municipios (DGDM), dependiente de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Estado de Administraci\u00f3n Financiera (SSEAF).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las municipalidades recibieron recursos a febrero por G. 62.648 millones, en tanto que las Gobernaciones por G. 75.892 millones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los montos transferidos incluyen los Royalties y el Fondo Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Desarrollo (Fonacide), que en el caso de los municipios fueron por G. 16.362 millones del Fonacide y G. 42.278 millones de Royalties; en tanto que para las Gobernaciones fueron G. 14.717 millones de Royalties y G. 7.378 millones del Fonacide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, al mes de febrero las Gobernaciones recibieron transferencias provenientes de los impuestos, es decir, de Fuente 10 Recursos del Tesoro, por un total de G. 53.797 millones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las transferencias de recursos financieros a los gobiernos subnacionales, en el periodo fiscal 2023, est\u00e1n sujetas al cumplimiento estricto de los requerimientos legales establecidos en la Ley N\u00b0 7050\/2023 \u00abQue aprueba el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN) para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2023\u201d, y su Decreto Reglamentario N\u00b0 8759\/2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El incumplimiento de los requisitos legales obliga al Tesoro Nacional a suspender las transferencias de los recursos financieros, hasta tanto se regularice la presentaci\u00f3n de la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas e informes, de acuerdo con los plazos y condiciones establecidas en las normativas vigentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para mayores informes contactar con la Direcci\u00f3n General de Departamentos y Municipios (UDM) del Ministerio de Hacienda, ubicada sobre Presidente Franco N\u00b0 173, Edificio Ybaga\u20134\u00b0 Piso a los tel\u00e9fonos (021) 414-6760, 6754, 6747 y (021) 440-010\/17, interno 232, o al correo electr\u00f3nico: <strong><a href=\"mailto:udm@hacienda.gov.py\">udm@hacienda.gov.py<\/a><\/strong> .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- De enero a febrero del ejercicio fiscal 2023, el Ministerio de Hacienda transfiri\u00f3 un total de G. 138.540 millones a los gobiernos municipales y departamentales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":186119,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[2018,34,4830],"class_list":{"0":"post-449445","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-economia","8":"tag-gobernaciones","9":"tag-hacienda","10":"tag-transferencias-de-recursos"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
