Se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 400 escribanos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El director de Inteligencia Estrat\u00e9gica, V\u00edctor Lird, dio las palabras de apertura y agradeci\u00f3 a los escribanos por su presencia e inter\u00e9s en aprender a utilizar la nueva herramienta tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego, la viceministra Carmen Pereira, estuvo aclarando sobre los alcances de las disposiciones legales con las que se cuenta y cu\u00e1n importante es reportar las operaciones sospechosas a la Seprelad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, los funcionarios t\u00e9cnicos Fernando Barba y Rodrigo Gim\u00e9nez, explicaron que en el a\u00f1o 2022 se recibieron 327 reportes de operaciones sospechosas por parte del sector referido, dando una suma de m\u00e1s de G. 62.000 millones, as\u00ed c\u00f3mo se debe llenar el nuevo formulario de manera precisa y correcta para cumplir con las obligaciones impuestas en la resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, se dio oportunidad a los participantes para que pudieran plantear sus dudas y sugerencias, y que las mismas sean aclaradas por los disertantes de la jornada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participaron tambi\u00e9n, la directora general de Inform\u00e1tica, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n, Silvia Benavides; el jefe del Centro de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Adiestramiento, Jorge Ben\u00edtez y el t\u00e9cnico Ricardo Ferreira.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- La Secretar\u00eda de Prevenci\u00f3n de Lavado de Dinero o Bienes (Seprelad), el Colegio de Escribanos del Paraguay, el Instituto de Derecho Registral y la Comisi\u00f3n de Escribanos Noveles, organizaron el webinar sobre la implementaci\u00f3n del sistema integral para la remisi\u00f3n de los reportes de operaciones sospechosas.
