{"id":451864,"date":"2023-04-01T13:27:09","date_gmt":"2023-04-01T17:27:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=451864"},"modified":"2023-04-01T13:27:09","modified_gmt":"2023-04-01T17:27:09","slug":"realizan-compleja-doble-cirugia-a-joven-madre-en-el-hospital-de-barrio-obrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2023\/04\/01\/realizan-compleja-doble-cirugia-a-joven-madre-en-el-hospital-de-barrio-obrero\/","title":{"rendered":"Realizan compleja doble cirug\u00eda a joven madre en el Hospital de Barrio Obrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>M\u00e9dicos del hospital general de Barrio Obrero realizaron exitosa doble cirug\u00eda a mujer de 30 a\u00f1os de edad, con 34 semanas de gestaci\u00f3n, quien ingres\u00f3 a urgencia de Ginecolog\u00eda y Obstetricia.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el reporte del equipo m\u00e9dico, se le practic\u00f3 una ces\u00e1rea, dando a luz a una ni\u00f1a de 2.940 gramos, quien se encuentra estable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el mismo acto quir\u00fargico, ante los antecedentes de salud de la madre, que portaba colostom\u00eda, se le realiz\u00f3 la restituci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1nsito intestinal, procedimiento mediante el cual se le evit\u00f3 otra cirug\u00eda posterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esta intervenci\u00f3n, la joven mujer mejorar\u00e1 ampliamente su calidad de vida, informaron desde el Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El equipo interviniente estuvo conformado por profesionales de Obstetricia, compuesto por la Dra. Ana Br\u00edtez Arrechea y Dra. Nubia Garc\u00eda, con apoyo de las residentes de 4to. y 3er. a\u00f1o, Dra. Karen Gamarra y Dra. Celina Esp\u00ednola; as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, por la m\u00e9dica pediatra Carmen Villalba y la Lic. Blanca Gim\u00e9nez, recibieron a la reci\u00e9n nacida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la segunda intervenci\u00f3n, participaron los cirujanos Dr. Fernando Ram\u00edrez Fatecha y el Dr. Alder Melgarejo, acompa\u00f1ados por el residente de 3er. A\u00f1o, Dr. Guillermo Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La anestesia fue realizada por el Dr. Javier Mart\u00ednez y el circular de quir\u00f3fano durante la extensa cirug\u00eda, Lic. Edgar Yegros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tanto la directora general del hospital, Dra. Jadiyi Yinde, como la directora m\u00e9dica, Dra.
