En este sentido, los especialistas enfatizan la importancia de llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada, que incluya prote\u00ednas, carbohidratos, grasas, vitaminas y minerales.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se sugiere mantener una correcta hidrataci\u00f3n tomando como m\u00ednimo seis a ocho vasos de agua potable por d\u00eda. Consumir, en lo posible, todos los d\u00edas, frutas y verduras de estaci\u00f3n de diferentes colores.
