{"id":467011,"date":"2023-08-28T08:49:03","date_gmt":"2023-08-28T12:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=467011"},"modified":"2023-08-28T08:57:01","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T12:57:01","slug":"gobernaciones-y-municipios-recibieron-transferencias-por-g-113-billones-a-julio-del-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2023\/08\/28\/gobernaciones-y-municipios-recibieron-transferencias-por-g-113-billones-a-julio-del-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobernaciones y municipios recibieron transferencias por G. 1,13 billones a julio del 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>De enero a julio del ejercicio fiscal 2023, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF) transfiri\u00f3 un total de G. 1,13 billones (G. 1.136.678 millones) a las gobernaciones y municipios.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con datos de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Departamentos y Municipios (DGDM) las municipalidades recibieron recursos a julio por G. 632.155 millones, en tanto que las gobernaciones por G. 504.523 millones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los montos transferidos incluyen los Royalties y el Fondo Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Desarrollo (Fonacide), que en el caso de los municipios fueron por G. 153.363 millones del Fonacide y G. 391.912 millones de Royalties; en tanto que para las Gobernaciones fueron G. 97.939 millones de Royalties y G. 37.943 millones del Fonacide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, al mes de julio las gobernaciones recibieron transferencias provenientes de los impuestos, es decir, de Fuente 10 Recursos del Tesoro, por un total de G. 271.994 millones, inform\u00f3 la Direcci\u00f3n dependiente del Viceministerio de Administraci\u00f3n Financiera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las transferencias de recursos financieros a los gobiernos subnacionales, en el periodo fiscal 2023, est\u00e1n sujetas al cumplimiento estricto de los requerimientos legales establecidos en la Ley N\u00b0 7050\/2023 \u201cQue aprueba el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN) para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2023\u201d, y su Decreto Reglamentario N\u00b0 8759\/2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El incumplimiento de los requisitos legales obliga al Tesoro Nacional a suspender las transferencias de los recursos financieros, hasta tanto se regularice la presentaci\u00f3n de la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas e informes, de acuerdo con los plazos y condiciones establecidas en las normativas vigentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para mayores informes contactar con la Direcci\u00f3n General de Departamentos y Municipios (DGDM) del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, ubicada sobre Presidente Franco N\u00b0 173, Edificio Ybaga\u20134\u00b0 Piso a los tel\u00e9fonos (021) 414-6760, 6754, 6747 y (021) 440-010\/17, interno 232.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- De enero a julio del ejercicio fiscal 2023, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF) transfiri\u00f3 un total de G. 1,13 billones (G. 1.136.678 millones) a las gobernaciones y municipios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":23,"featured_media":367703,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[2,9],"tags":[2018,2019,4830],"class_list":{"0":"post-467011","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-destacado","8":"category-economia","9":"tag-gobernaciones","10":"tag-municipios","11":"tag-transferencias-de-recursos"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
