{"id":475966,"date":"2023-11-07T12:24:08","date_gmt":"2023-11-07T15:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=475966"},"modified":"2023-11-07T14:12:08","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T17:12:08","slug":"pena-defiende-libre-comercio-y-proteccion-del-ambiente-sin-renunciar-al-crecimiento-ante-la-cepal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2023\/11\/07\/pena-defiende-libre-comercio-y-proteccion-del-ambiente-sin-renunciar-al-crecimiento-ante-la-cepal\/","title":{"rendered":"Pe\u00f1a defiende libre comercio y protecci\u00f3n del ambiente sin renunciar al crecimiento ante la Cepal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- <\/strong><\/em>Paraguay es un pa\u00eds comprometido con el libre comercio y una econom\u00eda verde y sostenible, anunci\u00f3 el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Santiago Pe\u00f1a, durante su conferencia brindada en la Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para Am\u00e9rica Latina (Cepal) este martes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mandatario inici\u00f3 su ponencia destacando el rol de la Comisi\u00f3n para el progreso de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe desde su creaci\u00f3n 75 a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, y destac\u00f3 su aporte actual para impulsar un comercio inclusivo y reducir las desigualdades de g\u00e9nero en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Present\u00f3 al Paraguay como \u00abuno de los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s abiertos para el comercio\u00bb y con un gran potencial para la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda sostenible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abPara los pa\u00edses en desarrollo el comercio exterior es clave para la generaci\u00f3n de empleo y prosperidad, por lo que consideramos inaceptables medidas proteccionistas como barreras arancelarias y no arancelarias que muchos pa\u00edses hoy siguen aplicando\u00bb, dijo. Agreg\u00f3 que el comercio no debe estar \u00absubordinado a intereses geopol\u00edticos mezquinos\u00bb ante competidores leg\u00edtimos que respetan las normas del comercio internacional justo.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda verde<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente tambi\u00e9n record\u00f3 que Paraguay es uno de los pa\u00edses con mayor producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda renovable per c\u00e1pita del mundo. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el objetivo de su Gobierno es impulsar la producci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno verde y convertir al pa\u00eds en \u00abun hub log\u00edstico para la producci\u00f3n a gran escala y a precios competitivos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que el cambio clim\u00e1tico y sus efectos son un gran desaf\u00edo a nivel global, aunque la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente no debe implicar renunciar a oportunidades de expansi\u00f3n comercial, generaci\u00f3n de empleos y creaci\u00f3n de riquezas, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLa preocupaci\u00f3n real y com\u00fan que tenemos sobre el medio ambiente no debe verse empa\u00f1ada por medidas cuyos objetivos sean distintos a los de su protecci\u00f3n, convirti\u00e9ndose en medidas comerciales que se vuelven en restricciones econ\u00f3micas injustas y discriminatorias que generan descontento e incertidumbre en los pa\u00edses en desarrollo\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLos pa\u00edses en desarrollo no pueden asumir la responsabilidad de los da\u00f1os ambientales causados por la industrializaci\u00f3n de los Siglos XIX y XX cuando no exist\u00edan medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n\u00bb, agreg\u00f3, y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no se han cumplido con principios fundamentales del Acuerdo de Par\u00eds, tales como \u00abresponsabilidades compartidas pero diferenciadas\u00bb, \u00abtransferencia de financiamiento y tecnolog\u00eda\u00bb y \u00abconsideraci\u00f3n de amenazas basadas en medios cient\u00edficos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Visita a Chile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente Santiago Pe\u00f1a inici\u00f3 ayer lunes una visita de tres d\u00edas a Chile, donde mantiene una agenda de encuentros con empresarios e inversores, principalmente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mandatario present\u00f3 al pa\u00eds como un escenario econ\u00f3mico estable y atractivo para las inversiones, e inst\u00f3 a los empresarios chilenos a aumentar sus negocios en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La comitiva la conforman la jefa de Gabinete, Lea Gim\u00e9nez, el asesor jur\u00eddico Roberto Moreno, el canciller Ruben Ram\u00edrez, la ministra de Obras P\u00fablicas, Claudia Centuri\u00f3n, el ministro de Industria y Comercio (MIC), Javier Gim\u00e9nez, el director de Ingresos Tributarios, Oscar Oru\u00e9 y el presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, Ra\u00fal Latorre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- Paraguay es un pa\u00eds comprometido con el libre comercio y una econom\u00eda verde y sostenible, anunci\u00f3 el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Santiago Pe\u00f1a, durante su conferencia brindada en la Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para Am\u00e9rica Latina (Cepal) este martes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":22,"featured_media":475970,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[2,6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-475966","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-destacado","category-politica"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
