Se recomienda evitar la exposici\u00f3n solar en horas de calor extremo, entre las 10:00 y las 17:00. En esa franja horaria los rayos del sol est\u00e1n m\u00e1s intensos y puede afectar al organismo. Si es inevitable salir a la calle, aplicar protector solar, utilizar sombrero y anteojos de sol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los grupos m\u00e1s vulnerables al calor son los ni\u00f1os y las personas mayores. Los adultos de 65 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s tienen m\u00e1s probabilidad de sentir y reaccionar ante los cambios de temperatura, por lo que deben evitar exponerse al sol y de ser posible permanecer en sitios con acondicionadores de aire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante el intenso calor, es mejor utilizar ropa c\u00f3moda, de color claro y suelta, as\u00ed como ducharse para bajar la temperatura corporal. En el caso de los beb\u00e9s y ni\u00f1os, quienes dependen de otras personas para mantenerse frescos e hidratados, es importante estar pendiente de ellos, brindarles agua constantemente, colocarlos en lugar fresco y con ropa c\u00f3moda y de colores claros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No se debe dejar a menores en un auto estacionado cerrado, ni tampoco dejar a las mascotas, ya que ellos tambi\u00e9n pueden sufrir enfermedades por calor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante los d\u00edas de temperaturas extremas tambi\u00e9n se recomienda no ingerir comidas muy elaboradas, ni con demasiado picante puesto que estos alimentos son mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de digerir. Se aconseja en cambio optar por el consumo de verduras frescas y frutas de estaci\u00f3n, como alimentos principales, ya que aportan vitaminas, minerales y fibras, nutrientes necesarios para el cuerpo. La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) indica la ingesta diaria de al menos 5 porciones de estos alimentos: 3 de frutas y 2 de verduras, o viceversa.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Advertencias para los d\u00edas de calor<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los calambres musculares pueden ser el primer signo de enfermedad por altas temperaturas y causar agotamiento por golpe de calor, que puede presentarse con sudor abundante, dolor de cabeza, debilidad, piel p\u00e1lida y fr\u00eda, pulso r\u00e1pido o d\u00e9bil, n\u00e1useas o v\u00f3mitos y desmayos.
