They toured the university hospital as part of the preliminary process for a possible donation from the Japanese government to improve services for mothers and children.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">The representatives were welcomed by the FCM-UNA Dean, Mgtr. Prof. Dr. Osmar Cuenca Torres, the General Director of Clinical Services, Prof. Dr. Jorge Giubi, and Vice Directors Prof. Dr. Manuel Bernal (Service Support) and Mgtr. Dr. F\u00e1tima Ovando (Healthcare Services). They outlined the hospital\u2019s main needs in terms of equipment and infrastructure to strengthen the maternal and childcare area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">This Japanese cooperation seeks to improve care conditions in one of the country\u2019s most important hospitals, with the goal of providing more efficient and safer medical assistance for mothers and their children.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">The initiative aligns with JICS&#8217;s mission.
