{"id":567498,"date":"2025-12-19T10:22:03","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T13:22:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=567498"},"modified":"2025-12-19T16:28:15","modified_gmt":"2025-12-19T19:28:15","slug":"recaudacion-del-estado-supero-meta-del-pgn-2025-con-aumento-del-92","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2025\/12\/19\/recaudacion-del-estado-supero-meta-del-pgn-2025-con-aumento-del-92\/","title":{"rendered":"Recaudaci\u00f3n del Estado super\u00f3 meta del PGN 2025 con aumento del 9,2%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Entre enero y noviembre de este a\u00f1o los ingresos tributarios y aduaneros tuvieron un incremento del 9,2% respecto al 2024, con lo que se super\u00f3 la meta del 8% de aumento de recaudaci\u00f3n establecida en la Ley del Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN 2025).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tanto que con los datos parciales de diciembre, ya se observa un incremento del 1,2% respecto al mismo periodo de 2024, detall\u00f3 en entrevista con Radio Nacional del Paraguay, Braulio Ferreira, gerente ejecutivo de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Ingresos Tributarios (DNIT).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--StartFragment --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En t\u00e9rminos absolutos, el Estado recaud\u00f3 m\u00e1s de USD 450 millones adicionales en 2025 frente a 2024. Desde la creaci\u00f3n de la DNIT, el aumento acumulado supera los USD 1.450 millones, triplicando la expectativa inicial de USD 400 millones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al inicio de este a\u00f1o, la meta institucional fue de recaudar G. 39,04 billones (unos USD 5.100 millones). Sin embargo, al cierre de noviembre la recaudaci\u00f3n acumulada alcanz\u00f3 G. 40,5 billones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El aumento constante en las cifras tienen como factor principal una mayor coordinaci\u00f3n y control a nivel aduanero.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aumento de la base de contribuyentes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otro de los puntos mencionados por Ferreira fue el aumento de los contribuyentes formalizados. 2024 tuvo entre 40.000 y 50.000 nuevos contribuyentes y el 2025 proyecta cerrar con 80.000 nuevos contribuyentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La base total actual ronda los 1.250.000 contribuyentes, con la meta de llegar a 1.500.000 para el 2026.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente ya el 80% de los ingresos del Estado provienen de contribuyentes con facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el 2024 la adopci\u00f3n de esta herramienta fue parcial, concentrada en grandes contribuyentes.
