{"id":570832,"date":"2026-02-10T11:35:42","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T14:35:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=570832"},"modified":"2026-02-10T11:48:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T14:48:30","slug":"contribuyentes-del-ire-resimple-podran-presentar-declaracion-jurada-de-ingresos-del-2025-hasta-febrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2026\/02\/10\/contribuyentes-del-ire-resimple-podran-presentar-declaracion-jurada-de-ingresos-del-2025-hasta-febrero\/","title":{"rendered":"Contribuyentes del IRE Resimple podr\u00e1n presentar declaraci\u00f3n jurada de ingresos del 2025 hasta febrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong><\/em> Los contribuyentes del Impuesto a la Renta Empresarial, R\u00e9gimen Simplificado para Peque\u00f1as Empresas (IRE Resimple), deben presentar la Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada de sus ingresos brutos correspondientes al ejercicio 2025 hasta el 26 de febrero de 2026, recuerda la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Ingresos Tributarios (DNIT).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para cumplir con esta obligaci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1n presentar el Formulario N.\u00ba 502 \u2013 IRE Resimple, ingresando al Sistema Marangatu con su clave de acceso confidencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre este r\u00e9gimen, los interesados pueden ingresar a la secci\u00f3n Biblioteca Impositiva\/Resimple del portal institucional www.dnit.gov.py.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La DNIT puntualiza que si la declaraci\u00f3n se realiza luego de esta fecha, se proceder\u00e1 a generar de oficio las cuotas trimestrales a pagar, tomando como base un ingreso bruto anual de G. 20.000.000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada una de las 4 cuotas fijas trimestrales oscilan entre G. 60.000 hasta G. 240.000, teniendo en cuenta los ingresos brutos del ejercicio anterior, con montos de un m\u00ednimo de G. 20.000.000 y un m\u00e1ximo de G. 80.000.000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El primer pago de la cuota fija se realiza en el mes de marzo, seg\u00fan el calendario perpetuo de vencimientos y utilizando el c\u00f3digo de obligaci\u00f3n N.\u00ba 702. Las siguientes cuotas deben abonarse en junio, setiembre y diciembre.
