En abril se dio un super\u00e1vit de G. 26,4 mil millones en la recaudaci\u00f3n, permitiendo una reducci\u00f3n del d\u00e9ficit acumulado en el 2026. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este porcentaje se explica por la din\u00e1mica moderada de los ingresos fiscales que estuvo afectada por menores ingresos no tributarios y por el impacto del tipo de cambio sobre la recaudaci\u00f3n externa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n por el comportamiento del gasto p\u00fablico, asociado a compromisos operativos como la regularizaci\u00f3n de pagos pendientes en \u00e1reas prioritarias de\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2026\/05\/12\/primera-etapa-de-pago-a-proveedores-de-salud-se-ejecuta-con-desembolso-de-usd-100-millones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">salud<\/a><\/span>, construcci\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a los ingresos totales, registraron un crecimiento acumulado de 1,9%, impulsado principalmente por la recuperaci\u00f3n de los ingresos tributarios, que aumentaron 5,3% al cierre de abril, explicado por una mayor incidencia de los impuestos internos, en particular por los vencimientos del Impuesto a la Renta Empresarial (IRE).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caso distinto con los ingresos provenientes de impuestos aduaneros que mostraron nuevamente una desaceleraci\u00f3n, debido a la apreciaci\u00f3n del guaran\u00ed frente al d\u00f3lar estadounidense, reduciendo la base imponible expresada en moneda local para la recaudaci\u00f3n vinculada al comercio exterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por el lado de los ingresos no tributarios, tambi\u00e9n registraron una disminuci\u00f3n y una ca\u00edda acumulada de 37,5% de recursos provenientes de las entidades binacionales.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gasto en programas sociales prioritarios con un incremento acumulado del 10,6%\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este porcentaje se debe a mayores remuneraciones en los sectores de educaci\u00f3n, seguridad y salud, aumento en jubilaciones y pensiones; ejecuci\u00f3n de programas sociales; y las transferencias vinculadas al Programa Hambre Cero, sumado al componente de bienes y servicios con la regularizaci\u00f3n de pagos atrasados en concepto de medicamentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pago de intereses mostr\u00f3 una desaceleraci\u00f3n, con una contracci\u00f3n interanual de 0,5%, disminuci\u00f3n que contribuy\u00f3 positivamente a moderar parcialmente el crecimiento del gasto total.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mayor inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica y pago de compromisos atrasados\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En lo que refiere a la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica acumulada, ascendi\u00f3 a G. 1.804 mil millones, equivalente a USD 278,5 millones y al 0,45% del PIB. destac\u00e1ndose la ejecuci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas y Comunicaciones (MOPC), por un incremento acumulado de 9,1% y la regularizaci\u00f3n de pagos con las constructoras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En t\u00e9rminos anualizados, el d\u00e9ficit fiscal alcanz\u00f3 G. 8,6 billones, equivalente al 2,2% del PIB, mientras que el resultado primario fue deficitario en 0,4% del PIB.
