La investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 a cargo de la agente fiscal Sara Torres.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco de la misma, \u00a0se llev\u00f3 a cabo el pasado viernes un procedimiento\u00a0 conjunto encabezado por Torres, acompa\u00f1ada por agentes de la Direcci\u00f3n de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la Secretaria del Ambiente, de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Salud Ambiental del Ministerio de Salud y el asesor jur\u00eddico de la Municipalidad de Asunci\u00f3n, en la propiedad del denunciante, ubicada en la calle Mcal. L\u00f3pez 992 y E.E.U.U.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el lugar se encontr\u00f3 jeringas descartables esparcidas en el piso y en una caja, v\u00edas, punzocat, (algunos con restos de sangres) frascos de medicamentos, tambi\u00e9n el registro de una paciente con la caratula Servicio de Cardiolog\u00eda, Servicio de Cardiocirug\u00eda, Servicio de Hemoterapia, H.C. I.P.S. que fueron levantadas como evidencias (previamente lacradas) y llevadas bajo resguardo al Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La agente fiscal Sara Torres manifest\u00f3 que \u201cel director de Medio Ambiente de la Fiscal\u00eda vio la denuncia en las redes sociales y puso a conocimiento de la Fiscal\u00eda de turno y convocamos a la gente del Ministerio de Salud y de la Seam para la correspondiente verificaci\u00f3n. Estamos hablando de posibles desechos bio infecciosos. El Ministerio P\u00fablico inici\u00f3 de oficio esta investigaci\u00f3n.
