{"id":83256,"date":"2016-02-28T11:56:19","date_gmt":"2016-02-28T14:56:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=83256"},"modified":"2016-02-28T12:06:39","modified_gmt":"2016-02-28T15:06:39","slug":"gasto-social-tuvo-un-incremento-del-96","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2016\/02\/28\/gasto-social-tuvo-un-incremento-del-96\/","title":{"rendered":"Gasto Social tuvo un incremento del 9,6 %"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-<\/strong><\/em> La ejecuci\u00f3n financiera del Gasto Social al 31 de Enero de 2016, fue de 1 bill\u00f3n de guaran\u00edes (187 millones de d\u00f3lares), esto represent\u00f3 un incremento en el orden del 9,6 por ciento, comparado con el mismo periodo del Ejercicio Fiscal 2015,en t\u00e9rminos nominales este aumento signific\u00f3 95.000 millones de guaran\u00edes.\u00a0Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura fue el principal destino del gasto con el 40 por ciento.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al cierre del primer mes del a\u00f1o 2016, los recursos ejecutados por las entidades de la Administraci\u00f3n Central ascendieron a 2,3 billones de guaran\u00edes, de los cuales el 46,6 por ciento correspondi\u00f3 a recursos que fueron orientados el sector Social, es decir, que por cada \u00a0100 guaran\u00edes utilizados, \u00a047 fueron destinados al \u00e1rea social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ejecuci\u00f3n del Gasto Social, fue financiada en un 71,8 por ciento con Recursos del Tesoro, en tanto que el 27,7 por ciento provino de los Recursos Institucionales, y el 0,5 por ciento con Recursos procedentes del Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto indica que, por cada 100 guaran\u00edes utilizados en Servicios Sociales, 72 provino principalmente de la recaudaci\u00f3n de impuestos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las principales inversiones del Gasto Social se presentaron en los siguientes sectores: Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura con el 40 por ciento, Seguridad Social 24 por ciento y Salud con el 23 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el sector de Educaci\u00f3n, fue destinado 195.000 millones de guaran\u00edes para Programa de Educaci\u00f3n Inicial y Escolar B\u00e1sica, en tanto que para la Educaci\u00f3n Media se utiliz\u00f3 \u00a084.000 millones de guaran\u00edes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a Seguridad Social, se efectu\u00f3 el pago a Jubilados y Pensionados del Sector P\u00fablico por 179.000 millones de guaran\u00edes.
