En t\u00e9rminos nominales este aumento signific\u00f3 456 mil millones, seg\u00fan informa el Ministerio de Hacienda.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las principales inversiones se presentaron en los\u00a0 sectores de Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura, Promoci\u00f3n y Acci\u00f3n Social y Salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ejecuci\u00f3n del gasto social, fue financiada en un 69 por ciento con recursos del Tesoro, en tanto que el 30,1 provino de los recursos institucionales, y el 0,9 con recursos procedentes del Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto indica que, por cada 100 guaran\u00edes utilizados en servicios sociales, 69 provino principalmente de la recaudaci\u00f3n de impuestos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Participaci\u00f3n de principales sectores sociales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las principales inversiones se presentaron en los siguientes sectores: Educaci\u00f3n y Cultura con el 35 por ciento, Promoci\u00f3n y Acci\u00f3n Social 21 y Salud con el 21 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el \u00e1rea de Educaci\u00f3n, fue destinado principalmente recursos para el Programa de Educaci\u00f3n Inicial y Escolar B\u00e1sica, el cual ejecut\u00f3 386 mil millones de guaran\u00edes, de los cuales el 89 por ciento fue para el pago de sueldos de los docentes y personal administrativo. Adem\u00e1s en concepto de transferencias para alimentaci\u00f3n escolar se destin\u00f3 8,6 mil millones, y en el nivel dela Educaci\u00f3n Media la inversi\u00f3n fue de 159 mil millones de la moneda local.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a Promoci\u00f3n y Acci\u00f3n Social, se emple\u00f3 el 21 por ciento del total ejecutado al mes de febrero de 2016, estos recursos fueron orientados principalmente en transferencias a gobiernos subnacionales por 503 mil millones, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n la inversi\u00f3n en el Programa de Transferencia Monetaria \u201cTekopor\u00e3\u201d fue de \u00a05,2 mil millones de guaran\u00edes, espec\u00edficamente en el componente de asistencia socio-familiar a beneficiarios del Programa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En lo que respecta al sector de Salud, se efectu\u00f3 el pago de sueldos al personal de blanco y administrativo por 188 mil millones, y lo correspondiente al pago del personal contratado de blanco fue por 138 mil millones, compra de productos e instrumentales qu\u00edmicos y farmac\u00e9uticos por 95 mil millones y productos alimenticios por 14 mil millones de guaran\u00edes, entre los que incluye lo correspondiente al Programa Alimentario Nutricional Integral (PANI) espec\u00edficamente la compra de leche entera en polvo instant\u00e1nea enriquecida con hierro, zinc, cobre y vitamina C.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-\u00a0La ejecuci\u00f3n financiera del gasto social, al finalizar el mes de febrero, fue de 2,6 billones de guaran\u00edes (US$. 456 millones), esto represent\u00f3 un incremento en el orden del 21,1 por ciento, comparado con el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o 2015.
